Transfer Counselling for the post of Staff Nurses (Regular) is proposed to be conducted on 19/6/2013 and 20/6/2013
Conditions:
1)
The Staff Nurses who are attending Transfer Counselling should have
completed at least one year of service
in the present station.
2)
All
the officers are requested to give Service Certificate to the Staff Nurses who
have completed one year of service in the
present station and willing to
attend the transfer counselling.
3)
The
Head of the institution should not issue the Service Certificate to the Staff Nurses those who have not
completed one year of service in the present station and they should not be
permitted to attend Counselling.
4)
Staff
Nurses without the service certificate will not be permitted to attend
Counselling.
5)
No
TA/DA will be granted for attending the
Transfer Counselling.
6)
This
intimation of Transfer Counselling must be exhibited in the Notice Board of the institutions for
information of all the Staff Nurses.
7)
The
Counselling for filling up of the
vacancies available in respect of Districts mentioned in the Annexure-I will be
held on 19/06/2013.
8)
The
Counselling for filling up of the
vacancies available in respect of Districts mentioned in the Annexure-II will
be held on 20/06/2013.
