TANSACS - Guidelines for the leave eligibility – Reg.

Clear instructions has been issued to all district DAPCU regarding leave eligibility. Following instructions to be followed:-

District Lab. Technician, Counsellors & DAPCU staff if apply leave, over and above their eligibility of 10 days ML, 2½ days of CL and for DAPCU staff                  1 day CL, District DACO (or) DAPCU has no powers to sanction or permit the individual to join after long leave.

Loss of pay is not eligible, except with prior permission and approval of PD, TANSACS.

In District neither DACO nor DAPCU can give permission to join after long leave, over and above their eligibility.

Only with the approval of PD, they will be permitted to join duty on a case to case basis. If reasons are not valid then in such cases, services are liable to be terminated.

நடமாடும் மருத்துவக் குழு ஊர்தி ஓட்டுனர்களுக்கு அந்தந்த மாவட்ட ஆட்சித்தலைவர்களால் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட தினசரி ஊதியத்தின் அடிப்படையில் மாத ஊதியம் வழங்க திட்ட இயக்குனரிடமிருந்து கடிதம் வரப்பெற்றுள்ளது.( இது மாவட்டத்துக்கு மாவட்டம் வேறு பட வாய்ப்புள்ளது).இது கூடுதல் ஊதியம் கிடைக்க வழிவகுக்கும்.எந்த தேதியிலிருந்து இவ்வாறு வழங்கலாம் என குறிப்பிடப்படவில்லை.எனவே இவ்வாணை வழங்கிய நாளிலிருந்து எடுத்துக் கொள்ளலாம்.

                   In the reference 1st cited instruction was issued for appointing drivers in Mobile Medical Units through employment exchange and if candidate not available can be hired and rate to be fixed on daily wages of the Collectors rate. Subsequently in this office reference 2nd cited, instruction was issued to pay salary at Rs.4000/- p.m. Now it is decided to pay salary to all the Drivers in Mobile Medical Unit at the District Collectors approved daily wages rate.

                   Hence, I request you to instruct all Block Medical Officers, to take urgent action for the payment of the salary to the Drivers in Mobile Medical Units at District Collectors approved wage rate.

                   This orders comes into force with immediate effect.
