TANSACS - Guidelines for the leave eligibility – Reg.

Clear instructions has been issued to all district DAPCU regarding leave eligibility. Following instructions to be followed:-

1	District Lab. Technician, Counsellors & DAPCU staff if apply leave, over and above their eligibility of 10 days ML, 2½ days of CL and for DAPCU staff                  1 day CL, District DACO (or) DAPCU has no powers to sanction or permit the individual to join after long leave.
2	Loss of pay is not eligible, except with prior permission and approval of PD, TANSACS.
3	In District neither DACO nor DAPCU can give permission to join after long leave, over and above their eligibility.
4	Only with the approval of PD, they will be permitted to join duty on a case to case basis. If reasons are not valid then in such cases, services are liable to be terminated.
